About this program

Women in Leadership is delivered as a complete, ready-to-run training programme — not a slide dump. The pack opens with a structured presentation you can present as it is, session by session, and pairs it with a facilitator guide that tells the person running the room exactly what to do, say and ask at every step. Participant workbook pages, activities, assessments and job aids are all included and print-ready.

The programme is designed for all employees, new team leads and emerging managers, and sits inside our Leadership & Management collection. The foundation edition assumes no prior exposure: every concept is explained in plain language and reinforced through guided practice.

Everything is delivered in editable formats, so you can adapt examples, terminology and timings to your audience. Run it in person, virtually or hybrid — the session plan covers all three, and your license allows unlimited internal delivery.
